“Graduated in law with distinction at the University of Milan in 1998, with a criminal law thesis entitled “States of Emotion Passion”, supervisor Prof. Emilio Dolcini.
Immediately after graduating, he attended the legal traineeship course at the University of Milan and began his practical professional training in the legal firm run by the solicitors Corso Bovio and Paolo Siniscalchi.
He was admitted to the bar in 2001. In 2005, after attending a course organised by the Association of Solicitors of Milan, he qualified as defence council at the Juvenile Criminal Court. In the same year he became a partner in the Corso Bovio practice, a position which he retained until the sudden death of the founding partner. Since 2007, he has continued to work with the legal practice run by Paolo Siniscalchi.
In December 2013, he was entered in the Special Register of Barristers of the Supreme Court.
In the course of his career he has specialised mainly in offences against the public administration, offences against public trust (and more specifically the counterfeiting of trademarks and other distinguishing marks), tax offences and unlawful administrative acts in relation to offences pursuant to legislative decree 231/2001.”
